Ingredients:

  • 3 oz milk

Directions:

  1. Brew coffee in water.
  2. Microwave milk just until boiling, about a minute, checking at 15-second intervals so it doesn't boil over!
  3. Slowly pour milk into brewed coffee.
  4. Tips: Use a full-flavored coffee like Starbuck's espresso roast. Like your latte a bit weak? Brew it as above, then dilute with hot water. If you like a foamy top, use skim milk. Like it sweet? Add sugar to the coffee before the milk, since it's the coffee that needs sweetening.
