Directions:

  1. To make the dressing combine lime juice, honey, onion, jalapeno, garlic in salt in blender.
  2. Process until smooth the add parsley and process a few more seconds.
  3. Transfer to a small bowl and chill until ready to use.
  4. Arrange lettuce on individual serving plates.
  5. Top with avocado slices, artichoke hearts, star fruit and black olives.
  6. Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
