St. Martin Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/8 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/8 cups flour
  • 2 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Place in a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees F. for an hour but check for to see if it is done sooner or needs more baking.
  3. Cool before slicing.
