Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute squash and onions in a medium skillet over medium high heat with a little oil until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Melt the butter (microwave works fine). Beat the egg and mix with milk, bread crumbs, cheese and butter in a medium mixing bowl. Add the squash and onions, fold together.
  3. Place in a small greased baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
