Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups hot lemon and ginger caffeine-free herbal tea

Directions:

  1. Dissolve sguar and sat in the hot tea.
  2. Mix in apple juice.
  3. Refrigerate drink untill cold.
