Spinach Tomato Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients:

  • medium size tomatoes (sliced )
  • basil leaves as many as you want
  • package spinach (optional)
  • balsamic vinegar (to taste)
  • worcestershire (to taste - equal parts to balsamic)

Directions:

  1. Rinse & spin spinach and put in a bowl.
  2. Fan tomato slices, basil & mozzarella on top of spinach alternating each.
  3. Sprinkle equal parts balsamic and worcestershire.
  4. Top w/ cracked pepper.
