Spinach Parmesan

Ingredients:

  • 2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:

  1. Cook spinach in the water. Drain well.
  2. Place spinach into a buttered, 1-quart oven proof serving dish.
  3. Combine softened cream cheese, milk and 2 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese. Spread mixture over spinach.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika and the reminder of the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through 20-25 minute.
