Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Squeeze the spinach between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a medium bowl combine the spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream and cheddar cheese.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Scrape the mixture into a small oven safe baking dish.
  6. Bake until lightly golden and heated through, about 15 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
