Spicy Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cajun spices

Directions:

  1. Cut potatoes into wedges.
  2. Toss in oil to coat, then sprinkle over spice.
  3. Toss again.
  4. BAke in preheated oven, 400*F, for 20-25 minutes, turning occasioinally.
  5. Serve with your choice of dip.
