Spicy Pepper Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 3 chill padi , sliced
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 1 tsp dark soysauce
  • freashly grounded black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Brown the chicken in 1 tbsp ... drain and set aside .
  2. Stir fry the onion cubes , chilli , curry leaves , salt and ginger - garlic paste .
  3. Once the aroma spreads add the chicken .
  4. Close the lid and simmer 5 mins .
  5. Add the pepper and the soy sauce . Mix well .
  6. Simmer another 10 mins .
  7. Give a good stir and serve hot with steamed rice .
