Spicy Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small pan, heat 1 T of oil or butter. Add half of the garlic, half of the shrimp, and half of the hot sauce.
  2. While stirring frequently, add salt and pepper. Shrimp cooks quickly and will be done when the outside is red and the flesh inside is opaque.
  3. When done, remove to a separate bowl and sprinkle with 2 T of Parmesan cheese.
  4. The other half if the shrimp can now be cooked. By cooking in 2 small batches, you can vary the amount of hot sauce for those in your family with different tastes.
