Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash and dry one small potato
  3. Mix paprika, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder and extra virgin olive oil into a small bowl. Since I did not have onion or garlic powder I simply grated the garlic and onion.
  4. Take potato and cut the ends off. Cut in half followed by cutting those halves into halves. If you'd like, slice off the big sides as well. Cut remaining potatoes into desirable sized strips.
  5. Coat the potatoes individual and don't over do it. If you do then there wont be enough for all.
  6. Place into oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. Be sure to turn them over once around 20 minutes.
