Spiced Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients:

  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit. Peel the potato and slice into 1/2 thick slices.
  2. Lay slices out on a parchment lined baking sheet. If you don't have parchment paper, feel free to use cooking spray, but expect them to still stick a bit.
  3. Mix the cinnamon sugar in a small bowl, then sprinkle over potato slices.
  4. Bake 30 minutes or until tender.
