Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, toss chicken in barbecue sauce until coated.
  2. Saute onion in hot olive oil until soft and golden.
  3. Place pasta in a large pot and pour onion mixture onto pasta, tossing to combine.
  4. Toss corn, beans and chicken mixture into pasta and cook over low heat until heated through. Add avocado and toss gently to combine. Top with cheese.
