Sour Cream Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups cake flour
  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix sour cream, sugar, vanilla and butter.
  3. Sift together then add to above the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
  4. Beat in 1 egg at a time.
  5. Spread in 8 or 9 inch pan and bake about 25 minutes.
