Sour Cream Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp alt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp tabasco
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in skillet then add grated cabbage and cook over low heat 20 minutes.
  2. Stir constantly during cooking then add salt, sugar, Tabasco and sour cream.
  3. Stir cream through cabbage until mixture is thoroughly heated but do not boil.
