Ingredients:

  • 15 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup dry mustard
  • 2 1/2 quarts diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 1/2 quarts ketchup
  • 3 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cook beef till no longer pink.
  2. Add liquids, sugar, vegetables, seasonings.
  3. Heat through and serve on buns.
