I got this recipe from a dear friend of mine, Miss Nola. Ingredients:
15 lbs ground beef |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
1 cup vinegar |
2 cups water |
1/4 cup dry mustard |
2 1/2 quarts diced celery |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
2 1/2 quarts ketchup |
3 tablespoons salt |
Directions:
1. Cook beef till no longer pink. 2. Add liquids, sugar, vegetables, seasonings. 3. heat through and serve on buns. 4. Times are approximately. |
