Ingredients:

  • 1 (7.5-oz) package yellow corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Prepare 1 (7.5-ounce) package yellow corn muffin mix according to package directions using 1/2 cup water. Pour batter into an 8-inch ovenproof skillet coated with cooking spray, and bake at 400° for 16 minutes or until golden. Cut into wedges.
