  1. Mash avocado chunks with lime juice in large bowl. Add cilantro, corn, bell pepper, onion, cheese, hot sauce, and salt. Combine well. Taste, and adjust seasonings with more salt and hot sauce if desired. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
