Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add sliced garlic and pine nuts to a large. wide skillet.
  2. Drizzle with enough olive oil to lightly cover the bottom of the pan.
  3. Heat over medium heat.
  4. Cook, stirring frequently, until the garlic and pine nuts have a light golden color.
  5. Add spinach (some at a time) until all is in the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Stir and cook until spinach reaches desired tenderness.
  7. Serve immediately.
