Simple Hot Pastrami and Swiss Sandwiches

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spread mustard on each slice of bread.
  2. Add 1 ounce of cheese and 3 ounces of pastrami per sandwich.
  3. Top with another slice of bread.
  4. Spread butter on the outside of the assembled sandwich.
  5. Heat in hot, heavy skillet until bread is toasted and cheese melted.
