Ingredients:

  • 2 slices rye bread
  • 2 slices swiss cheese
  • 2 slices pastrami
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • mustard (optional)

Directions:

  1. Butter slices of bread and set cheese and pastrami on top,Cover to make a sandwich.
  2. In a non-stick pan,grease with Butter.
  3. When pan is hot,place sandwich on pan and grill on each side for 2 minutes for each side.
  4. Take sandwich off pan and spread desired amount of mustard and serve!
