Simple Fried Calamari

Ingredients:

  • pinch salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1/3 cup of water

Directions:

  1. Mix calamari with egg yolk add salt and pepper let it marinade for few minutes
  2. Add flour and water mix well, if it's too runny add alittle more flour
  3. Put calamari one by one into a medium heat oil, fry for around 5 minutes fry the other side,
  4. When it's golden brown put it on a kitchen napkin, to absorb excess oil, serve
