Shrimp with Honey Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add shrimp and shallots, sauteeing and stirring until shrimp are just opaque.
  3. Remove shrimp from skillet and keep warm.
  4. Add wine to skillet; boil until liquid is reduced by half; stirring and scraping sides of pan.
  5. Add cream and lower heat to medium; cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
  6. Add honey, tomatoes, and chopped basil; stir to blend.
  7. Return shrimp to skillet; add salt and pepper to taste and stir to mix.
  8. On individual plates, arrange fettucine, then top with shrimp sauce.
  9. Serve warm.
