Ingredients:

  • 3 cups warm water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 cups of flour

Directions:

  1. Put water, sugar and yeast in Bosch mixer( or any other mixer you have), let stand 15 min.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.( Add the flour 2 cups at a time)
  3. Mix in Bosch 10 min., then put in large Tupperware bowl and let raise for about 1 to 1/2 hours, or until the dough is double in bulk. Put in pans and let raise for another hour.
  4. Bake at 375* for 20 minutes or until golden brown.( This recipe will make 2 large loaves of bread, one cookie sheet full of rolls, a ton of scones, or a big dutch oven size loaf).
