Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp gingerroot, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in ziplock bag and seal.
  2. Shake to mix.
  3. Add fish and allow to marinade for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
