Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix sausage, chives, sage, and parsley in medium bowl to blend
  2. Whisk egg and mustartd in bowl to blend
  3. Place flour in bowl, breadcrumbs in another bowl
  4. Roll hard-boiled egg in flour
  5. Using wet hands, press sausage mixture around egg (1/4-1/2 thick evenly around egg)
  6. Brush egg with mustard mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs covering completely and pressing to adhere, repeat with remaining eggs
  7. Deep fry until dark golden brown, serve halved with Dijon Mustard
