Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in oven proof skillet on top of stove.
  2. Mix eggs, milk sugar, flour and salt with a whisk.
  3. Pour into buttered skillet.
  4. Bake in 425 degree oven for 20 minutes.
