Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In saucepan, saute zucchini until tender.
  2. (7 to 9 minutes).
  3. Drain well.
  4. Mix zucchini with remaining ingredients (except cheese).
  5. Pour into greased Crock Pot.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-8 hours, or HIGH for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
