Savory Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a large baking sheet.
  2. Remove and chop mushroom stems, chop in food processor
  3. Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat; add sausage.
  4. Cook until browned and crumbly, about 5 minutes; drain.
  5. Stir mushroom stems, crumbs and 1/4 cup Parmesan into skillet.
  6. Remove skillet from heat.
  7. Spoon sausage mixture into mushroom caps.
  8. Arrange stuffed mushrooms on prepared baking sheet.
  9. Top mushrooms with mozzarella.
  10. Bake until stuffing is hot, about 15 minutes.
  11. Place on a serving platter.
  12. Garnish with parsley.
