Sauteed Carrots With Almonds

Ingredients:

  • 2-1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet then sauté carrots over moderate heat 15 minutes stirring often.
  2. Add apple juice and sauté stirring until it is all absorbed.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve.
