Sausage, Tomato, and Spinach Fettuccine

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on med-hi. Cook sausage about 5 minuted or until browned, crumbled to bite size.
  2. Add garlic wait 1 minute and add salt, peppers and tomatoes. Cook 10 minutes.
  3. Add spinach and cover to wilt.
  4. Prepare fettuccine according to package directions.
  5. Serve sauce atop pasta and sprinkle with shaved cheese of choice.
