Sausage, Tomato, and Spinach Fettuccine

Light and tasty.
Ingredients:
9 ounces fresh fettuccine (refrigerated or homemade)
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 links turkey sausage, casings removed
2 garlic cloves
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon aleppo pepper
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
0.5 (9 ounce) bag baby spinach
1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley (fresh)
shaved romano cheese or parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large skillet on med-hi. Cook sausage about 5 minuted or until browned, crumbled to bite size.
2. Add garlic wait 1 minute and add salt, peppers and tomatoes. Cook 10 minutes.
3. Add spinach and cover to wilt.
4. Prepare fettuccine according to package directions.
5. Serve sauce atop pasta and sprinkle with shaved cheese of choice.
