  1. Heat Oil in Lg Suacepan. over Med-High Heat. Add onions, carrots, Garlic, and Sausage. Saute 3 minutes. reduce Heat to Med; cook 5 minutes. Add Broth, seasonings, and Beans. Bring to boil. reduce Heat and Simmer 5 Minutes. Cook 20 Minutes. Add Spinach Leaves. Cook Additional 10 Minutes.
