Ingredients:

  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (15 oz) can regular rotel
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • green chili, diced (optional)

Directions:

  1. Melt the cream cheese in the microwave, keep stirring until smooth.
  2. While that's cooking, cook the sausage in a skillet. Once it's browned, add the Rotel and cook until heated through.
  3. Mix everything else together in the skillet.
  4. Can be refrigerated overnight and reheated in the microwave.
