Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of dry white wine
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of caraway seed
  • 1 tsp of allspice
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup of crisp cooked crumbled bcon

Directions:

  1. Drain sauerkraut well.
  2. Combine with wine, caraway, allspice and butter.
  3. Cover and simmer over low heat 20 minutes.
  4. Serve topped with sour cream and crumbled bacon.
