Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl combine first 3 ingredients except marshmellows at low speed until crumbly.
  3. Press in bottom of ungreased 13x 9 pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 18 minutes or until light golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with marshmellows.
  6. Return to oven 1 or 2 minutes or until marshmellows just begin to puff.
  7. Cool while preparing topping.
  8. In large saucepan, heat corn syrup, butter, vanilla and chips just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth, stirring constantly.
  9. Remove from heat; stir in cereal and nuts.
  10. Immediately spoon warm topping over marshmellows; spread to cover.
  11. Chill; cut into bars. Store covered
