Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix salsa and sour cream.
  2. Put 1 rice cake on a plate.
  3. Put fat free cheese on rice cake.
  4. Heat in microwave for 10-15 sec.
  5. Put salsa/sour cream mix on cheesy rice cake.
  6. Put the other rice cake on top of mixture.
  7. Voila! Eat your salsa sandwich!
