One of my favourite meals! Very easy and quick! Ingredients:
2 rice cakes |
2 tablespoons salsa |
1 piece fat free cheese |
1 teaspoon fat free sour cream |
Directions:
1. Mix salsa and sour cream. 2. Put 1 rice cake on a plate. 3. Put fat free cheese on rice cake. 4. Heat in microwave for 10-15 sec. 5. Put salsa/sour cream mix on cheesy rice cake. 6. Put the other rice cake on top of mixture. 7. Voila! Eat your salsa sandwich! |
