Tastes like smoked salmon. Good in croissants or on crackers. Ingredients:
8 ounce cream cheese, fat free, softened |
7 ounces salmon, canned |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon grated onion |
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish |
1/2 teaspoon dill weed |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke |
Directions:
1. Cream cheese until smooth. Drain salmon, remove skin and bones. 2. Combine all ingredients, mix well, chill. 3. liquid smoke if desired. Spread over croissants; top with lettuce, or spread on crackers or whole grain toast. |
