Ingredients:

  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 120 g cherry tomatoes
  • 25 g cucumber
  • 35 g snow peas

Directions:

  1. Rinse and chop fresh ingredients
  2. Store in container & refrigerate before serving
  3. Drizzle with balsamic dressing (1 tbsp)
  4. Optional: serve topped with egg
