Sage and Goat Cheese Crostini With Caramelized Onions

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and olive oil in skillet over med heat.
  2. Add onions stir occasionally, until browned.
  3. Add salt and pepper and Grand Marnier, cook until alcohol evaporates.
  4. Remove from heat; set aside.
  5. Mix sage and goat cheese, reserve some sage to sprinkle over crostini later.
  6. Toast sliced baguettes.
  7. Spread goat cheese mixture onto sliced crostini.
  8. Top with onions.
  9. Sprinkle with sage.
  10. Serve at room temperature.
  11. Enjoy!
