Ingredients:

  • 10 oz paneer
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne

Directions:

  1. Indian Vegetarian Cooking p.119, use double paneer, use light coconut milk instead of half and half.
