Ingredients:

  • 1 lipton's onion soup packet
  • 2 lbs. potatoes, washed and scrubbed and cut into lg. chunks
  • 1/3 cup veg. oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In large plastic bag,add oil, soup mix and potatoes.
  2. Shake until potatoes are well-covered.
  3. Empty potatoes into shallow baking pan and bake approx. 40 min. or until potatoes are tender and browned.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired
  5. Makes about 8 servings
