Ingredients:

  • 1 lemoin supreme cake mix or any kind you like
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup. sugar
  • 11/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix cake according to directions. Grease 9x13 pan. Pour cake mixture in bottom of pan.
  2. Mix ricotta cheese,eggs,sugar and vanilla together and pour over the cake mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the top.
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or till cake springs back.
