Ingredients:

  1. In a double boiler, melt the cheddar and cream cheese.
  2. When melted and smooth, add one cup of beer and spices.
  3. Stir well to blend. Add more beer for thinner texture if desired.
  4. Serve with crackers, pita triangles, or crudites. Makes about a quart.
