Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel garlic and ginger. Pulse in food processor until splattered on the sides.
  2. Add onion and pulse until chopped.
  3. Add turkey and pulse until chopped.
  4. Add cabbage, cut in 2 inch chunks and pulse until well chopped.
  5. Scrape down the sides. Add salt and pulse one last time.
  6. Lay out as many wrappers as you want to cook on the counter.
  7. Place a small dollop of mixture in the center and close by folding diagonal corners together. Pinch all edges well closed - use water to help seal.
  8. Heat skillet or wok HOT. Add a little oil and cook the pot stickers on all sides until done.
  9. If you are watching the fat, call them duplings and steam them instead.
  10. Serve with a dipping sauce of choice or keep it simple and mix rice wine vinegar and soy.
