Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wonton wrappers are thin so use a pastry brush to brush a little water on one side of each and stick two together, wet sides inches.
  2. Mix rest of ingredients, adjust to taste.
  3. Fill wrappers, fold in half and use water along the edge to seal, be sure there's no holes.
  4. Drop into boiling water for a min or two, don't over cook.
  5. If desired, pop into a frying pan with heated butter for a few min to crisp the outsides.
  6. Serve with sour cream, chopped green onions, bacon bits, more cheddar, or whatever else you want.
