Quick Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients until they come together to make dough.
  3. Take a small amount in your hand and mold into a ball.
  4. Place on cookie sheet about an inch apart (they do not spread much).
  5. Take a fork and press criss-cross pattern on each cookie.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool on sheet for a few minutes before transferring to cooling rack to cool completely.
  8. Cookies will be soft.
